1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FamilyReferee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

FamilyReferee is an AI-powered application designed to help families resolve minor disputes and disagreements in a fair and constructive manner. The app provides:

• Voice recording for capturing both sides of a dispute
• AI-generated analysis and judgment
• Guidance for resolution and family harmony

3. User Responsibilities

When using FamilyReferee, you agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not submit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate
• Obtain consent from all parties before recording their voice
• Supervise children's use of the app
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

4. Subscription and Payments

FamilyReferee offers both free and premium (PRO) features:

• Free Plan: Limited number of AI judgments per week
• PRO Plan: Unlimited judgments, voice playback, and appeal features

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FamilyReferee, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of FamilyReferee and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FamilyReferee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI judgments will be accurate or appropriate for all situations
• The app will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyReferee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

8. Privacy

Your use of FamilyReferee is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FamilyReferee at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
